Alaska/Hawaii/Military addresses (base shipping rates):
We now charge actual shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. After placing your order, you will be contacted by our office and given the shipping cost. You can also contact us prior to placing your order to be given a shipping quote.
We no longer ship to military addresses (including APO, FPO, AE, etc.).
International Shipping Rates (including Canada):
Due to the high customs fees we no longer ship into Canada or internationally. We do have many Canadian customers that have our product shipped for free to a U.S. location and then brought over the border.
